When will my order ship?
We typically ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. During promotional or holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days. If you want to double-check your order status, send us a note at hello@shippytape.com.
Where do your products ship from?
Orders will ship from our warehouse in southern California.
If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you multiple tracking numbers.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard or ground shipping is FREE when you buy 2 or more rolls of tape or spend over $28. All other orders have a flat rate shipping charge of $3.98 for Standard delivery (USPS First Class or UPS Ground equivalent) or $6.98 for Priority delivery (USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3 Day equivalent).
How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
With Free Shipping, your order will arrive in 3–6 business days and will be delivered by either UPS or USPS, depending on your shipping address. Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade to either 2-Day or Overnight Shipping at checkout.

Does Shippy Tape ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the US.
