Hey, here’s the thing. We want happy customers every single time. So if you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we’ll gladly issue an exchange or refund. If you have any questions or concerns, just email us - hello@shippytape.com

We ask that you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the following in your email:

Name and Address
Order #
Short Description of the reason for return or exchange request
Style/Color (if applicable) of what you would like to exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Defects and/or Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. This period runs 14 days from the day you (or someone you've named) receive the goods.

To exercise this right, use the withdrawal link in our website footer, which takes you to account.shippytape.com, or just email us at hello@shippytape.com and let us know you'd like to withdraw.

If you withdraw, we'll reimburse everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of us finding out. We'll refund using your original payment method and there's no fee for this. We may hold off on the refund until we've received the item back or you've shown proof it's on its way.

As with any return, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging.
