Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
We typically ask for 1–2 business days for our team to pack and ship your full order. During promotional or holiday weeks, your order will ship within 3–5 business days. If you want to double-check your order status, send us a note at hello@shippytape.com.
Where do your products ship from?
We ship products from our warehouses located in Southern California and Houston, Texas. If your order needs to be fulfilled from both locations (a split order), we will send you two separate notifications, each with its own tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard or ground shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $35 or more. For U.S. orders under $35, Standard delivery is a flat $3.98 (USPS First Class or UPS Ground equivalent). You can also choose Priority delivery for $6.98 (USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-Day equivalent).
Please note: Free shipping is offered on domestic shipments only. For orders shipping to Canada, the shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. All Canadian orders ship via USPS.
How long does it take for my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
With Free Shipping in the U.S., your order will arrive in 3–6 business days and will be delivered by either UPS or USPS, depending on your shipping address. Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade to either 2-Day or Overnight Shipping at checkout.
For Canadian orders, delivery times vary depending on customs clearance and the destination. Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive.

Does Shippy Tape ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and to Canada. For Canadian orders, customers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery.
